Process Consultancy
We have undertaken many process consultancy projects with a variety of clients and believe that they share common characteristics. We have always found that employee buy-in to change is greatly enhanced by their involvement in all stages of the consultancy exercise.

We have seen how effective part-time teams, even those who only work 2 hours a week, can be in identifying problems in a process and coming up with the ideas for improvements. We can add value by acting as facilitators and trainers for such teams.
